Web Design Process

I believe your participation with your website design process is of great importance, however the way I work allows me to keep the total expense of your website to be kept minimal. The whole process may change based on each individual web site design requirements. This is how it typically goes:

• Your Needs

  Initially I will need a run down of your requirements. I have created a form that will cover the main points that I need to know about your website. Click here to begin.

  After I have read your needs we will E-mail you back with a request of any other details we may need.

   

• Designing

Once we have a basic but clear idea of what you expect, we will design the first page. From this we can gather information from you about the web design (the cosmetic side of your website) and complete a design you like and are happy with.

If there are any design changes to be taken place. Then you can E-mails me a list of changes.

 

• Deposit

  Once you are satisfied with the web page design, we will ask for a deposit to ensure your design is kept unique to you and for me to continue with your site.

   

• Content

  Once the cosmetic side of your web site is complete, we will then ask you to send through any material you want displayed. At this point I will code each page to your previously agreed requirements and strart to layout your content.

   

• Finishing Touches

At this point we will ask for you to go over each page. I will provide a check list of points for you to check. If there are any content changes to be taken place. Then you can E-mails me a list of changes.

 

• Gong Live

  Once you are happy with your site, I will ask for the remaining balance before making your site live and connect your domain name to the new site at which point it will be live.

   

• Future Website Maintenance

  Most Website produced by me will have a password protected area here you will find functions to modify your website. Aspects such as text and images can be changed, removed or added easily yourself with very few web design skills, Or. If you like. I will make make the changes, for you for a reasonable fee. Just Email me your new requirements.
